Thank you for shopping with Veteran Berries! We aim to delivery your favorite elderberry products quickly and reliably. Our items are shipped via USPS or UPS, dependent on size.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days, and shipping duration ranges from 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier. Once your order is processed and shipped, your account will be updated. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

To check the status of your order, follow these steps:

  1. Visit your account page
  2. Navigate to "Order History".
  3. Find the relevant order to view its status and tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates

·        Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

·        Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more ship free to the contiguous 48 states.

  •         Customer pickup: Contact us to arrange for local pickups.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

 

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.
